Paging
Paging is available for lost or separated people, seniors, young children and their families. - Please call Security at 902-521-6528.  You can also contact Security via the phone located by the wheelchairs next to Rossy.  Just pick up the receiver and you will automatically be connected to a member of the Security team.

Bank Machines
Scotiabank ATM’s are located at both the mall entrance and outside entrance of Scotiabank. Royal Bank ATM is located outside next to C entrance.

Lost and Found
Found items are turned into Security and kept for 30 days. If items are not claimed after this time they are donated to a local charity. If an owner of a found item can be identified they are contacted. If cash is found, the name of the person who found the money is taken and if not claimed within 30 days is contacted to pick up. If that person does not wish to keep it, it will be donated to a local charity. For any inquiries please call Security at 902-521-6528.

Family Washroom/Gender Neutral Washroom
The family washroom/gender neutral washroom is located across from the public washrooms.  

Post Office
A full service post office is located in Shoppers Drug Mart.

Bike Rack
Bike racks are located at B entrance and by Sport Chek.

Parking
For the convenience of our customers:

• South Shore Centre has over 1,000 parking spaces.
• Vehicles with permits may park in the designated handicapped parking spaces near the mall entrances.
• Expectant mother parking spaces are available.
• Security does frequent patrols of the parking lot areas and will escort customers to their vehicles should they have any safety concerns. For any concerns or inquiries please call Security at 902-521-6528.

Security
We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for our customers. Along with close circuit television surveillance, and crime prevention and intervention, our security personnel are responsible for:

• Assisting customers with locations of lost vehicles 
• Providing first aid for injuries or illnesses. Security staff are trained in CPR and First Aid. 
• Locating lost children
• Operating a lost and found program
• Ensuring personal safety through escorts and constant patrols of the common areas and parking lots
• Security staff acts an important link to Bridgewater Police and other emergency services that may be required. If you require Security for any reason please call 902-521-6528.
