What amounts are available?
Gift Cards are available in any denomination from $5 to $500.
Can I return or exchange my gift card?
South Shore Centre gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged, but with our gift card accepted at most of our shops and services, you’re sure to find something great to spend it on!
How do I check the balance on my gift card?
Call 1-833-558-1108 or check online at www.getmybalance.com.
What happens if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?
We’ll replace it if you have the original receipt for the purchase of the gift card, or you present us with the damaged gift card. The replacement gift card will be issued and activated in the amount of the available balance of the gift card account at the time when the replacement card is issued. There’s no fee for this service. Call South Shore Centre Management Office at 902-543-8867 for more information.
Does my gift card ever expire?
The funds on the South Shore Centre Gift Card never expires.
Can I redeem my Gift Card for cash?
South Shore Centre Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash at any time.
Can I return items purchased with my South Shore Centre Gift Card?
Each retailer sets its own return policy. Please check with the specific South Shore Centre retailer about their store policy.
What if I want to spend more than the card value?
South Shore Centre Gift Card can usually be combined with another form of payment to complete a purchase. Be sure to notify the cashier before they process your purchase. Please note that some stores are not able to do a split payment transaction.

At this time our Gift Cards are not accepted at:
PN Nails, Magic Wok, Eastlink, Maritime Travel, Pizzatown, Bulk Barn, Value Village, Tim Hortons (Plaza site)
**South Shore Gift Card is issued by Peoples Trust Company. Card funds are not insured by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC) or any other government deposit insurer or agency. Funds do not expire, non-reloadable and no cash access.
